What we do
Studio Cosmo provides full-service home staging for properties preparing to list. The goal is an inviting and market-ready home that photographs beautifully and sells quickly. A typical staging package includes the main living spaces (kitchen, dining, and living room), and the primary bedroom and bathroom. Every home has unique needs and we work with the agent and seller to determine the best rooms and spaces to stage.
how we think
We don't believe in drag-and-drop staging. No warehouse of identical beige sofas we plop into every listing. Every home gets a design built around that house — its age and architectural style; the neighborhood; the current market; who's likely to buy it; the season; the natural light; the mood it should give off walking in.
Why does that matter? Because staging isn't decorating — it's marketing. A 1920s bungalow and a 2020s new-build aren't selling to the same buyer, and the design should reflect that. When the design actually fits the house, buyers don't see "staged" — they see home. And that's what gets offers.
Our process
We will visit your home for a free consultation to discuss budget, timeline, and any unique needs. You will receive a bid post walk-through.
Once the bid has been accepted, we will return to your home to measure and confirm design plan (you do not need to be home for this!).
Install day: We will return on the chosen date to fully furnish and decorate your home.
Deinstall: can happen any time with at least 72 hours notice. Most stagings run a minimum of 4 weeks. We come back and move everything out, like we were never there ;).
